2 cups almond milk (coconut would be awesome)
2 large handfuls of baby spinach
1 frozen banana
1 large handful of frozen mango/papaya/pineapple mix
2 scoops unflavoured (or vanilla) protein powder
1 teaspoon matcha powder
2 teaspoons maca powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 teaspoons greens powder
2 tablespoons of Nutra Cleanse (fibre supplement – you can use flax, chia, hemp or a combination)
splash of vanilla
Place ingredients in blender and combine. The above amounts were enough for 3 to 4 servings.
I topped them with dairy free chocolate chips, organic shredded coconut, goji berries and spicy pumpkin seeds.
If you want to drink the smoothie, use 2 ½ cups of almond milk.
