1 ripe avocado
1 1/2 T. raw cacao powder
4 plump Medjool dates (remove the pit)
1/2 t. vanilla extract
1/8 t. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. coconut milk (not the light stuff … use the full fat … it won’t hurt you)
6 ice cubes
Cut avocado in half and remove the seed. Scoop out avocado into a food processor or high-powered blender.  A heavy duty immersion will do the trick … I use my Breville for this all the time and it’s amazing.  Add all ingredients and blend together until smooth.
Top with optional extras such as coconut oil, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, nuts, nut butters, chia seeds, hemp seeds or fresh or frozen fruit.
