If you really want to make the most of Step Into Sexy, I recommend adding some daily movements. Depending on your fitness level, my recommendations would be walking for beginners, PiYo, yoga, bodyweight workouts, cycling, swimming or weight training for anyone with a moderate level of fitness but before you start any fitness regimen, please contact your doctor.
