So you might be wondering where I’m going with this topic.
First of all, let me tell you what I’m not. I’m not a psychiatrist, psychologist, doctor, counselor or sex therapist.
What I am, is a holistic nutritionist who specializing in helping women balance their hormones so they can get their energy, joy and sexy back. And yes, that means your sex drive too, if it happens to be missing. But what about if you experience pain during sexual intercourse? What is you’re so dry, you feel like the Sahara Desert? What if you rarely, if ever, orgasm?
I’m on a mission to get women talking. In an effort to do so, I’ve created a Facebook Group called Sexy Steppers. This is a closed group so only members can see the posts. Just click here and request to join. Whether it’s about physical issues, hormonal imbalances or emotional challenges, this group is a safe place to ask questions, share experiences, express concerns. There is no judgment, only support.
You might be thinking “But Sandy, I’m healthy, happy, and sexually adventurous, do you have a safe place for me too where I won’t make women who are not as adventurous as I am, to share and ask questions?” I certainly do. There is a private group on Facebook which I am running but you’ll have to contact me directly to request being added. You won’t find this group anywhere publicly.
So what made me focus on sexual health and wellness? A number of situations have occurred over the past 3 years which keeps bringing me back here, not the least of which was a group I was involved with a year ago. We had monthly challenges and the last one I was involved with was a sexual challenge. As I read some of these posts, it reminded me of how far we still have to go as women to feel safe and empowered and in control of our own sexuality. The Universe has been calling me. I finally decided to answer its call.
What can you expect from me? Honesty, compassion and encouragement. I will do everything in my power to answer any questions you might have. If I don’t know the answer I will research it and if it is beyond my scope of practice, I will refer you to someone who can help you.
I will be working on a program or two to help you balance your hormones specifically for sexual health and wellness. I expect to have this available in January. I’ll keep you posted but in the meantime I will share tips and tricks and would appreciate any feedback. If you need help with detoxing or weight loss, I have programs for that too.
