1 large beet
4 medium to large carrots (depending on how earthy you like it)
1 apple of your choice
1 lemon, juiced
1” knob of ginger
Chop ingredients and place in high-speed blender, add sufficient water (and ice if you prefer colder juice) to just cover ingredients and blend.
Juice will be rather thick and pulpy. You can strain through nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer.
If you have a juicer, follow instructions for your particular juicer.
